The SSP Collective is a curated network that's grown to more than 40 experienced crew leads, all based in Los Angeles and available to travel domestically and internationally.

How members join the Collective
Membership is selective and by introduction. We open the Collective only once or twice a year, sourcing through respected industry networks, diversity organizations, and direct connections at industry events.

The SSP Collective brings together some of the most accomplished crew leads working today. Its members include Emmy winners, award-winning producers, and former war correspondents, alongside veterans with well over a decade of experience across film, documentary and docuseries, television, and live events.
They are, by design, a diverse group. Most are women, women of color, and people of color who bring not only technical mastery but perspective that makes the work better. All are based in Los Angeles, with the flexibility to travel wherever your production needs them.
